Charleston, South Carolina

Saturday, October 5th, 2013

Warm afternoons, foliage tangled with spanish moss, quiet streets, sidewalks, and cafés…Charleston in the Fall is nearly perfect.

Angela’s Bridal Portraits

Saturday, May 18th, 2013

A few weeks before her wedding, Angela and I spent some time for portraits in her gorgeous wedding dress. It was such a relaxed afternoon, and really who doesn’t want an excuse to wear their wedding dress and have their hair and make-up done an extra time?! As stunning as she looked on this day, she was even more so on her wedding day - which I will be sharing very soon. These are a few of my favorite images from our dressed-up afternoon…enjoy!

Kris and Amy’s Wedding

Friday, September 7th, 2012

I always feel like the weddings I photograph are those of my friends, but for this one it is especially true. Sweet Amy, my brilliant, funny, amazingly interesting and accomplished friend, and her equally all-of-those-great-things new husband, Kris. Together with their families they created a truly lovely, one-of-a-kind backyard wedding. Flowers were hand-picked the day before from Parlee Farms, amazing food provided by Touched by Fire (mobile wood fired pizza!), personalized mason jars, antique typewriters, book centerpieces, a made-for-Amy Free People dress, Frye boots, and a hundred other details that they pulled together to create a celebration that could be no one else’s but theirs. And it was beautiful.

Images above captured on my Contax 645 with Fuji 400h and Ilford 400, and Canon 5D mkii for the digital stuff.

Joey and Kristen’s White Mountains Wedding

Friday, August 31st, 2012

Joey and Kristen were married August 11, 2012 at The Grand Summit Hotel in Bartlett, New Hampshire. I met them last Fall for their Jackson engagement session, and have been looking forward to this one ever since. They live, work, and play in the gorgeous White Mountains, and they’re one of those couples that balance complete comfort and excitement of new love when they’re together. That’s an incredible thing to be around and to capture, and I’m so happy I got to be a part of their wedding story. My love to you both, Kristen and Joey! ~ Lindsey

Waiting for her Dad to walk through the door and see his youngest daughter as a bride. Such a perfect, sweet moment…
